i stayed at this hotel for four nights and i found the location to be central. i could easily walk to many historical sites. the staff was very cute and provided assistance when needed. the breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes like eggs (especially the scrambled eggs!). i also enjoyed the hotel's spa facilitieswith a sauna and steam room.
the room was somewhat dimly lit, even with all the lights on. this made it a bit challenging to read or work in the room during the evening.

the front desk staff offered quick check-in. concierge services were available to assist with booking tours and restaurants. the staff was fluent in english, facilitating clear communication.

I had mixed feelings about my recent visit. my "classic double room" was quite dark. It didn't let in much sunlight. the mattress felt thin, and the pillows seemed cheap! also, the air conditioning was so loud, it gave me a headache.

the location was indeed very central , close to main attractions.
The air conditioning in my room was not working properly , which was quite uncomfortable. breakfast was rather simple . The coffee did not meet italian standards. the room could have been better maintained , it lacked proper upkeep.

i am overwhelmed with happy memories from this hotel. every employee was a perfect combination of kindness and beauty. ece at the front desk booked interesting tours, a guide, and tickets. francesco had really good manners. our suite included aqua di parma shampoo that i am now searching online.
our room was fine, but the dinner included a terrible salmon dish. the staff offered only "sorry". no discount occurred.
